Ongoing Classes
Enrolled students are billed on a per 1-month session basis. Tuition amount is calculated by multiplying ‘Price per class’ (see pricing chart above) by the number of classes in a given 1-month session.
- Tuition is due on the 20th day of each month for the upcoming month of classes (ex: tuition for February classes is due by January 20th). If payment is received after this date, your space is not guaranteed and a $50 late charge will be added to that month’s tuition.
See current class availability and sign-up online.
Tryout Class
Prospective students can take One Free tryout class before enrolling to Ongoing classes.
Tryouts are available for new students only. Classes are subject to availability with priority granted for currently enrolled students. All materials are included for tryout classes. To sign-up, please call at 650-759-4745 or email to classes@artacademia.com
Issuing Payments
Students can pay tuition via Art Academia’s online booking system, personal check or Zelle. Please note that online credit card payments are subject to 1-4% service charges as determined by third-party payment vendors.
Reserving a Spot
All classes are subject to availability, and sign-ups occur on a rolling basis. Students are strongly encouraged to enroll as far in advance as possible to ensure their spot is held for the following 1-month session. Art Academia will remind ongoing students to sign up for future sessions, but it is ultimately the responsibility of students to sign up in a timely fashion. Priority is granted to students in Ongoing classes.
Unless explicitly stated in the class description, procuring painting and drawing materials are the responsibility of each student. To make sure you have what you need, we are of course happy to advise which ones we think are best:
