Outdoor Summer Art Camp
Our 5 day ( 9:00am - 3:30pm ) summer art camp for kids 7-12 years old is back!
Camp Overview
This summer, camp goers will enjoy art filled summer fun at our founder Inna Polnar’s backyard in Foster City, CA
Tents will be set up to provide shade and the fresh air setting will be ideal for unleashing creativity!
As always, all camp sessions include instructor lead hand-build ceramics, acrylic and watercolor painting, and drawing - with all materials included. At the end of each day, campers will be proud to take home beautiful artistic creations!
We will go to the nearby lagoon to draw and paint trees, homes, the sparkling water and the wildlife surrounding it. We will be seated under the shade of a majestic willow tree, and have our lunch right on the grass. All of these are less than 5 minutes walk from the house.

Safety protocols:
Small camp size with no more than 8 students per session. Regular hand washing will be required. High touch surfaces will be sanitized frequently by staff. Students are asked to bring their own lunch, water, and snacks.
Sick Child Protocol: Sick children are required to stay home and will not be allowed to participate in the program. “Sick” is someone exhibiting one or more, but not limited to, the following symptoms: fever, cough, congestion, runny nose, shortness of breath, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, muscle aches, nausea, loss of taste or smell, sore throat and/or vomiting. Should your child have any of the symptoms above, please immediately notify Inna Polnar at classes@artacademia.com or (650) 759-4745. Children and staff who arrive sick or become sick during the program will be isolated from others immediately and sent home. Parents/guardians must be prepared to pick up their child as soon as possible should they receive notification that their child is showing signs of illness. Sick staff and children may not return until they are symptom free for 24 hours. No refunds for missed classes due to any illness.
Cancelation policy: Free transfer to another available week of camp. Full refund (minus $20 admin fee) will be granted if student’s withdrawal notice is received no later than 1 month from session start date. If notice is received less than one month from start date, student is entitled to 50% refund. Once the session has begun, no refunds will be granted.
